Job Summary
- An employee with responsibility/accountability for leading and managing a department or program, defining mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the area to produce a desired outcome.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Must meet MO Child Care Director requirements for a capacity of 100 or more children
- Experience
  - Required: 1-2 Years Related Experience
- Skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Effective leadership abilities
  - Ability to perform in highly stressful situations
  - Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, organization, prioritizing, decision-making and planning skills
  - Health Screening required
  - Successful annual clearance from Family Care Safety Registry
  - An annual TB test required
  - At least 18 years of age
  - Initial T-Dap Immunization
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: Must obtain Heartsaver Pediatric CPR/FA/AED certification within 30 days of hire
