• An employee with responsibility/accountability for leading and managing a department or program, defining mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the area to produce a desired outcome.

• Education
  • Required: Must meet MO Child Care Director requirements for a capacity of 100 or more children
• Experience
  • Required: 1-2 Years Related Experience
• Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective leadership abilities.
  • Ability to perform in highly stressful situations.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, organization, prioritizing, decision-making and planning skills.
  • Health Screening required.
  • Successful annual clearance from Family Care Safety Registry.
  • An annual TB test required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Initial T-Dap Immunization.
• Licensure/Certification/Registration
  • Required: Must obtain Heartsaver Pediatric CPR/FA/AED certification within 30 days of hire
