Job Summary
  • An employee with the responsibility/accountability for leading and managing a department(s) or program, defining the mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the area to produce a desired outcome.
Job Requirements
  • Education
    • Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
    • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Required: Two years Medical office or healthcare managerial experience
  • Skills
    • Possess excellent grammatical and business communication skills.
    • Knowledge of standard office machinery including computer systems and applications.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration
    • Required: Current RN License active in the state of Missouri 
    • Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
