Summary

Job Summary
- Responsible/accountable for leading the clinical team following the mission, goals, budget and performance standards for the clinic. Utilizes knowledge of organizing, delegating and supervising. Must work effectively with physicians, staff, patients, public and external agencies. Must have ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgement, decision-making and problem solving expertise. Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing OR Successful completion of accredited License Practical Nurse program
- Experience
  - No Prior Experience Required
- Skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams
  - Proficient Computer skills
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: Current Missouri Registered Nurse License OR Missouri State License Practical Nurse
  - BLS obtain within 90 days of hire
