Home infusion therapy services offer patients a comprehensive and innovative health care option. All within the comfort of their own home. Home infusion therapy prevents long and unnecessary stays in the hospital, while continuing IV therapy and treatment in a safe and comfortable setting.  Our team of skilled nurses administer or teach self-administration to our patients so they may continue therapy while at home.  Our experienced nurses and pharmacy team collaborate to assist patients that require IV therapy for acute and chronic illnesses allowing them to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle while receiving care at home.

Job Summary
The Infusion nurse provides direct patient care and coordinates infusion services. Nursing care is focused on specialized assessment, diagnosis, planning, treatment, evaluation, education and support for the patient and their family. The infusion nurse is skilled with peripheral intravenous catheter insertion, care and management of central lines, and may have specialized training with infusion therapy.
Job Requirements
Education
Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience
Preferred: Previous nursing experience
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
Exhibits valuable time management skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required:MO RN license AND BLS must be obtained within 90 days
