Job Summary
The Manager of Respiratory Care provides leadership, direction and management for logistic associated functions. The incumbent provides oversight and management of operational, regulatory, and business processes across the department. The position leads the department in facilitating change, fostering innovation and self-development to achieve excellence in operations, patient safety and quality. The Manager defines the department mission, oversees planning and goal setting, budget preparation and adherence, and meeting all performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Education
  - Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience
  - Required: Minimum 5 years experience of comprehensive background in Respiratory Care, staffing, scheduling & management
- Skills
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
  - Demonstrate ability to work with all types of people
  - Able to prioritize and delegate as appropriate
  - Excellent problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Licensure/Certification/Registration
  - Required: Current state license, RRT
